Profesional experience

A graduate in Political Sciences from the Complutense University, Madrid, with an Executive-MBA from the Business Institute and Advanced Course in Personnel and HR Management.

Her career has always revolved around Head Hunting.

She began in HEIDRICK & STRUGGLES as an assistant in the Research department, then left for a post at MASTER CONSULTING where she spent six years as a Researcher.

In 1997 she joined BPM EXECUTIVE SEARCH, where she has spent most of her professional life in different roles from Head of the Research Department to her current post as a Consultant.
