Born in Bilbao, Spain, of French parents.

Bachelor's Degree en Economics, majoring in Marketing from Boston College, University of Massachusetts, USA.

Management Development Program in Personnel Management & Development from the ESADE, Madrid.

She began her career in the Account Handling Department of FCB TAPSA, an Advertising Agency where she worked for seven years handling clients such as Telefónica, ONCE, ALTADIS, T5, Mantequerías ARIAS...etc.

She joined BPM in 1999, initially to assist with selection processes in the Advertising area, soon after taking on all areas and sectors the company handles, first as a Researcher for 3 years, and later as Research Consultant for a further 7 years.

She has been a Senior Consultant since 2009.
