Briefing

We sit down with the client to analyze the company and its needs and to define the details of the position to be covered.

Initial Market Research

Following the guidelines set out in the briefing, our Research department conducts an extensive sweep of the market to identify the most suitable profiles for the position.

Interview with candidates

The shortlisted candidates are interviewed by our consultants to assess their personal and professional suitability for the post.

References

We collect references in order to double check our evaluation of the finalists.

Presentation of candidates

After an exhaustive search the client is presented with a selection of the most suitable candidates and a detailed report of each of them, including our assessment, the candidates’ personal and professional skills and the reasons for our recommendations.
