Professional Experience
Natalia is a French national, though she was born in Bilbao, Spain.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, majoring in Marketing from Boston College, University de Massachusetts, USA.
Managerial Development Program in the Management and Development of Persons from ESADE, Madrid.
Her career began in the Accounts Department of the Advertising Agency FCB TAPSA where she worked for seven years, handling clients such as Telefónica, ONCE, ALTADIS, T5, Mantequerías ARIAS… etc.
In 1999 she joined BPM Executive Search initially to offer support in selection processes in the Advertising area, but she soon made herself indispensable in all the areas and sectors the company covers, first as a Researcher for 3 years and then as a Research Consultant for 7 years.
She has been a Senior Consultant since 2009.
